Board is Drawn

It seems to be abnormal to draw graphics to the terminal in PowerShell.  However, it is definitely possible.  There are many techniques.  However, I was looking for a way that required no importing of modules that may not be cross-platform.  As you can see in the image, the board is now drawn.
